Kaler Engineering posses the skills and experience to design and manufacture and install bespoke staircases, balconies, balustrades, handrails, gates. and other metalwork. Ranging from a variety of materials that include; Mild Steel, Stainless steel, aluminium, brass, iron, etc.
All our work is carried out to the highest standard with ourhighly trained and committedstaff andthe latest machinery which incorporates the most up to date software. This enables Kaler Engineering to deliver, on both quality and service.
Kaler Engineering are able to deliver from small to the most complex of designs, manufacture and installations to tailor to the client’s needs throughout the process.
Below are following ways in which we ensure we meet our client’s requirements:
Design:
- We initially carry out a site survey. This would include all measurements to the client’s requirements and any design proposals:
- From there, we would produce a detailed plan with our in house design team:
- Accurate timescales which enables Kaler Engineering to manage client expectations;
- Throughout this process, we would engage with the client and keep them informed of any amendments, which may need to be considered, to enable the project to be delivered on time and to budget.
Manufacture:
- As part of our manufacturing process, we are able to produce small and large bespoke projects to the client’s satisfaction;
- With our in-house laser cutting and CNC machine centre we are able to ensure the highest quality for our clients.
Finishing:
- When it comes to finishes Kaler Engineering can leave the finished product as its natural finish;
- With our own 220ton break press we can over clad with a variety of materials that include gold mirror or stainless sheeting;
- With our approved suppliers; we are able to offer powder coating, hot dip galvanising, anodizing and in-house spray painting.
Installation:
- Our staff offer a highly professional, trained and dedicated service for our clients.
- With a large stock our own plant and machinery we ensure a safe and on time installation of our client’s order;
- Kaler Engineering takes due care an attention throughout the process.
